Refund Policy

Before we start design

Email hello@futuretone.io to cancel. If we have not started design yet, we refund the $500 setup fee and any one-time add-on fees in full. We will email you when design starts, so there is a clear line. Draft detail: the intended window is before that email, and in any case within 3 business days of payment if we have not started. Confirm that window before relying on it.

After the first preview

No refund after the first preview link is sent. You still receive the work completed up to that point.

The monthly plan

The $100 monthly fee pays for hosting and care. The care plan ($100/mo) has a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel anytime. On cancellation, you can request a static export of your site. Hosting ends 30 days after cancellation. We do not refund a partial month.

If we cannot take the project

If we take payment and then cannot do the work — the cap was already full, or the project is outside this offer — we refund what you paid for this order.

How a refund is sent

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks sometimes take several business days to show the credit. This page does not itself move money. There is no self-serve refund button on this site.
