DRAFT · FutureTone Innovation LLC · Connecticut
Terms of Service
Draft date: October 8, 2026. These terms are not legal advice and are not final.
These terms cover the small-business website offer sold on this site: $500 to build the site and $100 a month for care. They are between you and FutureTone Innovation LLC (“FutureTone,” “we”), a Connecticut business. Email hello@futuretone.io or call (860) 385-6821.
The work
We design and build a small website, then host it and make small updates while the monthly plan is active. You get 2 revision rounds after the first preview. The Scope of Work lists what is included and what we quote separately. If the scope page and these terms ever disagree, ask us in writing before you pay. The written scope for your order is the one you accept at checkout.
Paying
You pay through Stripe. The monthly care plan is a subscription. The setup fee, and any one-time add-ons you select, are charged once on the first invoice. Add-on prices marked PLACEHOLDER on the site are drafts and should not be treated as a final price list until we say they are. Applicable Connecticut sales tax may be added.
This price is for 10 sites total. Once 10 are sold, the offer closes and the form becomes a waitlist. Canceling does not reopen a spot. If checkout is open, a spot is held for about 30 minutes while you pay. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a spot and does not create a contract.
If a payment fails, we can pause the site or the monthly work until it goes through. We will email you first when we can.
Canceling the monthly plan
The care plan ($100/mo) has a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel anytime. Email hello@futuretone.io to cancel. On cancellation, you can request a static export of your site. Hosting ends 30 days after cancellation. What happens to the setup fee is in the Refund Policy.
Your content
You promise you have the right to use the words, photos, and logos you send us. You are responsible for claims about your business, prices, and services. We may refuse work that asks us to publish something illegal or misleading.
Who owns the site
Site content and design transfer to you at launch. We keep our own methods, starter code, and internal tools. Third-party services (hosting, fonts, booking tools, shop software, your domain registrar) stay under their own terms. On cancellation, you can request a static export of your site. Hosting ends 30 days after cancellation. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you email us not to.
Phone and email
If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about this project only. That is not a marketing list. Tell us to stop and we will. Message and data rates from your carrier can still apply.
Limits
We do the work with ordinary care. We do not promise a certain number of customers, search rankings, or sales. To the extent Connecticut law allows, our total liability for a claim about this offer is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Some limits may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that Connecticut law does not allow us to limit.
Law
Connecticut law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to state or federal courts located in Connecticut, unless a law says you can bring a claim somewhere else.
Changes
We can update these draft terms for future orders. The version you accept at checkout is the one that applies to that order. If we change the monthly plan in a material way, we will email clients still on the monthly plan before the next renewal.
